By using XR LOUD products and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

• XR LOUD products are intended for both personal and commercial use. However, any unauthorized act of reselling (without direct consultation) or counterfeiting the products is strictly prohibited.

2. Warranty:

• All XR LOUD products come with a 6-month warranty for manufacturing defects. Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.

3. Returns:

• For manufacturing defects, returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees.

4. Replacement:

• Replacement is offered for products with manufacturing defects within the 6-month warranty period. Conditions apply, as per our Inspection and Replacement Process.

5. Exclusions:

• The warranty does not cover damage due to clumsiness, unintentional dropping, underwater usage (for under IPX6 products), or other user-related incidents.

6. Intellectual Property:

• All XR LOUD content, trademarks (currently in process), and intellectual property are protected. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
