By using XR LOUD products and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Product Use:
- XR LOUD products are intended for both personal and commercial use. However, any unauthorized act of reselling (without direct consultation) or counterfeiting the products is strictly prohibited.
2. Warranty:
- All XR LOUD products come with a 6-month warranty (for product under USD $100) and 12-month warranty (for product over USD $100) for manufacturing defects only. Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.
3. Returns:
- For manufacturing defects, returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees.
4. Replacement:
- Replacement is offered for products with manufacturing defects within the 6-month warranty period. Conditions apply, as per our Inspection and Replacement Process.
5. Exclusions:
- The warranty does not cover damage due to clumsiness, unintentional dropping, underwater usage (for under IPX6 products), or other user-related incidents.
6. Intellectual Property:
- All XR LOUD content, trademarks (currently in process), and intellectual property are protected. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
7. Privacy:

Please read each point carefully to fully understand the warranty claim Terms & Conditions.
- “I agree that this claim pertains to manufacturing defects and not to damage caused by personal use or mishandling.
- The reason for my warranty claim is genuine and supported by evidence.
- I agree to provide photos and videos when requested.
- I agree to receive a call for further discussion if requested.
- I agree to PAY for the RETURN SHIPPING COST at my own expense.
- I understand that I may receive a full refund, a partial refund, or a replacement, depending on the condition of the returned product.
- I agree that my warranty claim may be REJECTED if it does not correspond to a technical fault in the product.
- I agree that I may not be eligible for a replacement or refund if the product appears to be OVERUSED, the packaging is DAMAGED, or the item is in POOR CONDITION and cannot be resold.
- I agree that if my claim is REJECTED due to not corresponding to a technical fault, I may or may not receive the product back, and additional shipping fees may apply if I choose to have the same item returned.”
